CIPA Letter Regarding 3rd SRA Draft
The Crop Insurance Professionals Association sent a letter to Secretary Vilsack on Wednesday, June 16, expressing grave concern over the third draft of the Standard Reinsurance Agreement (SRA) released by USDA last week.
